It all started with my mom. She was the one who showed me how much fun the kitchen could be — and once I caught that spark, I never looked back. What began as something we did together turned into a genuine passion that I've built a whole business around.
What inspires me most is honestly other people. I love asking folks what their favorite flavor combinations are, then taking that idea and adding my own twist to make it something completely unique. Every conversation is a potential new recipe.
My specialty is cookies and bars. I have a real love for copycat recipes — taking a classic candy bar or childhood favorite and reimagining it as a cookie, brownie, or cake. If you've ever wondered what a Twix or a Hostess Cupcake tastes like as a cookie, you're in the right place.
Lately though, I've been really into cinnamon rolls. There's something about the process — the dough, the layers, the way they fill the kitchen — that I find endlessly satisfying. Everything is baked fresh to order, and I wouldn't have it any other way.
